Return Policy
We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases! We have a 10-day return policy from the date it was delivered, on items you are not satisfied with. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide additional instructions and expedite your return process. (See list below if non-returnable items)
If a product in your order is incorrect, damaged, or missing, please contact us ASAP. We will not be able to replace, reship, or refund if we're not notified within those first 10 days.
Refunds will be issued once returns are received and processed by us. Refunds will not be given for shipping charges. Refunds for refussed or abandoned packages will be at our discretion.
All returns must be in new condintion and include all original packaging. Returns that have any ordors, stains, or are dirty, will not be refuned, If an item has been used, it is not eligible to be returned.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will provide you with tracking information that you can use to track your purchases and file a claim with the delivery company for any lost or damaged items.
We do not provide replacement packing for products that are not otherwise damaged.
Items that can not be returned are: Items on Sale, Clearance Items, Fabric, & Digital Downloads.
